At Aqualine, we are committed to providing you with the best water filtration products and services. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we aim to make this process as simple as possible. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Conditions for Returns:
- You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, which means the condition the order was received in, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any product that is returned without the original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- To process your return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at: [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return request form and return authorisation (RA) number within 2 business days.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refund statuses will be notified by email. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your water filtration product for another model or variant, please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in arranging the exchange.
Warranty Returns:

- Duration of Warranty:
> The Aqualine Prime ionizer models are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use of the product.
- Repair or Replacement: In the event of a covered defect, Aqualine will, at its discretion, either repair the product or provide a replacement.
- Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact Aqualine customer support. Aqualine reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to process the claim.
- Limitation of Liability: Aqualine’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of the ionizer & water filtration product as provided herein. In no event shall Aqualine be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
- Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.
- Voiding of Warranty: The warranty may be voided if:
> The ionizer is not used in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual.
> Repairs or modifications are attempted by unauthorised personnel.
> The ionizer is not cleaned regularly with the citric cleaning filter as recommended by Aqualine.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
> Accidents, misuse, or abuse.
> Acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, flood, or fire.
> Use of unauthorised parts or accessories.
Modifications: Aqualine reserves the right to modify or update these warranty terms and conditions in compliance with UK consumer protection laws.
