 Important Information
Please note that the Prime Ionizer Cleaner Kit does not include citric acid powder, which is required for the cleaning process. Food-grade citric acid powder must be purchased separately and is available from various sources, including online retailers.
We recommend using citric acid to clean your water ionizer if you observe a decrease in water flow or increased white sediment. It’s also beneficial to perform this cleaning when your ionizer filters need replacement. A small amount of citric solution may contact the filters during cleaning, but this will not impact their quality or performance.
